Betlah Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

1Interpretation & Definitions

In these betlah Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betlah" or "Platform" — refers to the betlah.biz website and all services, games, and features available on it for Malaysian players.
• "Member" or "User" — any individual who has registered a valid betlah account and is using the betlah platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Member to access betlah services, including all personal details, credit balance, and transaction history.

2Member Eligibility

3betlah Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active betlah account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of betlah's Terms.

Betlah uses advanced detection technology — including IP address checks, device information, and payment method data — to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, betlah reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all associated bonuses, winnings, and credits.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide when registering a betlah account — including your full name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. betlah reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly when you apply to withdraw funds exceeding the stipulated limit.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your betlah account password confidential. betlah will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any loss resulting from sharing your password with another party is entirely your responsibility. 4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

6Game Rules

• All betlah casino games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every round, hand, or draw is entirely random and cannot be influenced by betlah or any other party.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the betlah system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in technical cases that require a review.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes on betlah, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the betlah platform for money laundering or financing any form of illegal activity.
• Promotion Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets with the intent to dishonestly fulfil rollover requirements, or sharing an account with another person.
• System Disruption: Using viruses, bots, automated scripts, or any technology that disrupts the normal operation of the betlah platform or negatively affects other users' experience.
• False Information: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or using a payment method that does not belong to you when transacting with betlah.

8Account Restrictions & Termination

8.1 Suspension by betlah

Betlah reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so — including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, requests from authorities, or to protect the integrity of the betlah platform and its other members.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your betlah account at any time by contacting betlah support via Live Chat or email at support@betlah.biz. Prior to closure, all valid account balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from the betlah platform for responsible gambling reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming betlah. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. betlah will honour self-exclusion requests promptly.

9Responsible Gambling

10betlah Liability Limits

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Betlah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, industry developments, or changes in legal requirements in Malaysia. Members will be notified of any material amendments via their registered email or an in-platform notification on betlah at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of security emergencies or legal requirements that necessitate immediate action.

12Governing Law

These betlah Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the betlah platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.

Betlah operates in full compliance with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in the relevant jurisdiction. Members are responsible for ensuring that their participation in games and betting on betlah is lawful under the local laws applicable to them personally.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
